Delivery time
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of order placement and this will usually mean that the order is delivered to your address within 2-6 working days, depending on country. We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. We aim to fulfill your order by the delivery date set in the Dispatch Confirmation. If no delivery date is specified, we will try to deliver within a reasonable time of dispatch. Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed. Ownership of the products will only pass to you, when we have received the full payment.

Deliveries within Denmark:
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value;
Orders below € 80,00 = € 8,00
Orders of € 80,00 or more = free shipping
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value:
To Iceland (IS), Norway (NO), Russia (RU) and Switzerland (CH):
Orders below € 340,00 (€ 272 € excl. VAT) = € 35,00
Orders of € 340,00 (€ 272 excl. VAT) or more = free shipping
To the rest of Europe (including UK):
Orders below € 200,00 = € 25,00
Orders of € 200,00 or more = free shipping
To North America:
Orders below € 340,00 (€ 272 excl. VAT) = € 35,00
Orders of € 340,00 (€ 272 excl. VAT) or more = free shipping
To all other countries outside the EU not included in the above:
Orders below € 340,00 (€ 272 excl. VAT) = € 50,00
Orders of € 340,00 (€ 272 excl. VAT) or more = free shipping
Outside EU
In addition to the order total (including freight charges) a fee to cover expenses for import duty and VAT/tax will be charged by the freight forwarder or local customs authorities when delivering the items to you.
Delivery Periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered within 1 – 2 working days in Denmark.
Deliveries outside Denmark, within 3 – 6 working days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorization).
Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends and holidays.
Payment
We accept payment by PayPal and the international credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and VisaElectron.
Further Details on payment
We reserve the right to make the delivery only against prepayment via transfer in isolated cases.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
For security reasons, no orders with a Post Office Box address/number will be processed.
